What's The Process?

Preparation

You are going to receive an instructional email that tells you exactly what to do before your first session. Because you only need the initial session and a touchup, we want to make sure that everything’s perfect.

Don’t worry, the instructions are simple. It includes things like don’t smoke 24h before your session, don’t drink alcohol 72h before your appointment, etc.

Initial Session

Once you’ve arrived at our studio, located in Midtown Manhattan, you will be greeted and introduced to your brow artist that you’ve chosen.

They will do consult, map out your brows, select a color and perform the procedure. This will all take around 2 hours. The artist will go over the healing process and send you off with some after care. You will return in 6-12 weeks for your touchup!

Healing Process

Because we’re using different techniques to get these amazing results, some of them will require a healing process afterward.

The process is simple, painless and quite fast.

Touch-Up Session

Once the healing is completed, we are going to do one final touch-up to perfect everything, ensuring the natural, aesthetic look that you so much desire. This will make them last 1-3 years. We do recommend getting a touchup annually to keep the color fresh!

The touchup session will go through a similar healing process to that of the first session. However it is quicker and faster.

IS THE PROCESS PAINFUL?

We keep the process very easy and tolerable by using numbing cream during the procedure. The procedure itself is not very long. Many of our clients do not think the procedure is painful at all.

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

2.5 hours is set aside for the appointment. Consult, mapping, and color matching will take around 1 hour. the procedure itself will take around another hour. 30 min extra is given incase extra time is needed.

HOW LONG DOES THE HEALING PROCESS TAKE?

2 weeks for scabbing and brows to heal but full results to be seen in 40 days.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE FINAL RESULT?

We make sure you are satisfied with the mapping and shaping before we start so this is not an issue. If you would like any edits the touchup session is where we can make tweaks to your liking after you see the healed results from the first session.

THERE’S NO AVAILABLE SPOT IN THE COMING DAYS. WHAT CAN I DO?

We have emergency spots for a $150 fee if you would like a squeeze in appointment outside of our usual hours. Please contact us for this option.

WHY DO THE ARTISTS HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES?

Pricing is based on experience. However all of our artists are properly trained and are experienced. Please refer to their portfolios to pick an artist you like!
